Makefile for building openssl-0.9.8k under MinGW

See the attachment bellow for that Makefile, it's a modified version of mingw32a.mak generated by ms/mingw32.bat. Copy it into the subdirectory "ms" than make it in openssl-0.9.8k:
        make -f ms/mingw32a.mak
